The property is new and well furnished, with large, bright rooms that are well ventilated and clean. Breakfast was excellent and could be taken before 7 am, which was handy when we had to leave early for business. The location worked well for us because we could walk in 5 minutes to one of our workplaces (Vocational Trainingszentrum Tabasamu Campus). Driving let us explore the whole Arusha region easily. The site sits quietly on a hill overlooking Moshono, and the main road is quickly reachable on foot or by car. The staff were very friendly, helpful, well trained, and always available, speaking excellent English. The clean swimming pool was used almost nightly in the evenings. The kitchen was outstanding; we usually ate dinner there, sometimes lunch. There is a conference room, where we held a board meeting with eight participants. After the meeting we had a generous outdoor lunch with buffet service, and the food was again excellent, earning high praise for the entire kitchen team, and the price/value matched. The only downside was that the morning muezzin at 5 am sometimes disturbed our sleep, but that is part of Tanzanian culture. The entrance road is uneven, narrow, and dusty, typical of an Arusha neighborhood.
