The location is good, and the buffet breakfast offers a decent range of options. However, the staff are problematic because they don’t listen; they just smile but lack the skills to handle situations. I was given the wrong rooms, found broken facilities, and had loud neighbours. I was glad to check out.

Everything was spot on: the staff, the location, and they went above and beyond. They even improved from my last visit. They provided bug spray in the room for us to use. I had requested a soft bed topper before arrival and it was magical. The only downside was having to leave and go home 😔. I’d like to see wet floor mats that can be used on the porch or room, as the tiles are super slippery.

Breakfast was good and the location was good, and there was nothing negative.

The hotel sits in a great spot, directly across the road from the beach. It’s within walking distance to Garlic Lane (I have a mobility issue), so walking around was easy and there were restaurants, bars, and spas nearby. The on‑site restaurant is great. The villas could benefit from having a kitchenette with a sink, etc.
