The bed was uncomfortable and about 20 cm too high. It was very difficult to get up from it.

The place is easy to reach, even on foot from the train station. We arrived by car and parked on the premises. The lady who rents out the accommodation is kind and helpful, the room is small but fully equipped, beautiful and clean. A special touch is the Balaton slice in the room. This was our first, but not last, stay here! A shop is 100 m away, but if you need a supermarket, Aldi/Spar in Szántó is a 10‑minute drive. We spent two nights here, and the silence that greeted us on Saturday morning was simply priceless!

It’s close to the train, CBA, and the bus stop (we used public transport). The garden has wonderful trees that are also tidy and well arranged. It’s a bit far from the beach, but that’s just for us (over 65 years old).
