The staff and the location were good, but the lockbox in the room was broken, and after asking twice for it to be fixed or replaced I received no response from management; the mattress was so hard I couldn’t sleep on it, and they didn’t offer an over‑mattress or a new mattress to change, so I had to purchase an over‑mattress myself to finish my stay.

de goede ligging ,dicht bij restaurants en winkels ,was een nette kamer vrij rustig voor dicht bij de zeer drukke winkelstraat te liggen ,gemakkelijk gevonden. het enige minpunt geboekt via booking . com ,ter plaatse te betalen ,vonden mijn boeking niet terug en hebben dan maar andere kamer gegevn ,in plaats kamer met 2 bedden ,eentje kleiner met 1 bed en duurder , rekenen flink meer dan aangegeven prijs op brochure, ,de wifi viel soms uit , maar dat zijn we gewoon in Accra

The noise from the cleaning staff in the mornings, the stains on the pillowcase, and the blanket and sheet seemed old were complaints.
