I loved everything 🙂 1) The breakfasts were tasty, with three kinds of eggs, fruit, and croissants. 2) The room was cozy and warm, equipped with a kettle, fridge, and two sizes of pillows. 3) The location was spot‑on – close to all the theatres, the marathon start, and the main street. 4) The staff were friendly. Everything was wonderful, thanks.

The place was very ordinary and far from the popular spots. All the staff and hotel crew were in the worst condition, utterly uncooperative and unfriendly, and they really got on your nerves.

The room was wonderful in the heart of Sofia! Downtown is a great choice for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is excellent – just a five‑minute walk from the NDK, with easy access to the centre, venues, and city sights. The atmosphere is cosy, the interior elegant, and the staff extremely courteous and responsive, making you feel welcomed. Everything contributes to a fantastic experience and leaves you wanting to return. I recommend it with pleasure and would definitely choose Downtown for my next visit to Sofia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
