Free Wi‑Fi, flat‑screen TV, fridge and kettle complement private bathrooms with bath or shower. The on‑site restaurant serves meals and packed lunches. Nearby attractions include the Butterfly Museum (100 m), Ornithological Garden (400 m), Leba Marina (500 m), and windsurfing, fishing, canoeing opportunities.

The pool was very nice, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were friendly, but there was no elevator.

The location is a major plus, close to the beach, with a nice room that has a balcony overlooking a square with a fountain; the on‑site breakfasts are good, though not very varied; the pool water is warm and the sauna was available until 21:00. Unfortunately, there was mold on the ceiling under the shower in the bathroom, and one outlet near the bed was non‑functional. In the kids’ corner, there were torn books, no ladder rung on the climbing frame, and old tennis paddles; overall the children’s area was neglected. Additionally, throughout the stay the bin in the kids’ corner was filled with dirty diapers. The parking is about 300 m from the building.

The location is great. There were no foot‑towels, coffee, tea, or teaspoons available. The bathrobe for the pool is extra‑paid, and there are no towels for the pool.
