“Hotel agradable y buen servicio salvo el de una recepcionista”
Most of the staff were very helpful and treated me well. They took my preferences into account, such as a quiet room with no damp smell. The rooms are comfortable and well lit, and the beds and pillows provide a good rest. There is an elevator. The hotel’s location is great, within walking distance of the main square and in a low‑traffic area. I’ve stayed here several times, but in my last three visits I had a negative experience with one of the receptionists. I was pregnant, and every time I asked a question or made a request she seemed uncomfortable. Once I called at night to ask about room‑service because the kitchen wasn’t answering, she told me to ask explicitly if it bothered her to call. Suddenly she might be reassigned to the office to avoid contact with guests. I had to ask for a room change, and she kindly moved me to a new space. However, the TV remote didn’t work, and when a technician came it did work, so I avoided using the TV and watched from my tablet instead. After a hectic work trip, it would have been nice to watch TV. The fridge freezer didn’t work well, so I couldn’t freeze the gel‑ice I brought for medications and perishable foods. The restaurant service offered very limited food and drink options.
