Good location, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, a kitchen, and each room has its own bathroom. I’m satisfied and recommend it!

The garden feels relaxed, and the shower and toilet area were spotless. The kitchen was excellent, and the owner was easygoing. The only downside is the distance from Yerevan city centre and the lack of nearby activities.
