The facilities, staff and cleanliness were all top‑class! The only downside was that the restaurant dishes weren’t polished; glasses and cutlery had dishwasher stains.

The spa setup was solid, the room was a decent size, the sheets were good, the food was fresh, the staff were kind, the surroundings were beautiful, the outdoor areas were lovely, and everything was clean. However, I had to share the lunch, dinner and pool areas with a noisy corporate group, there weren’t enough dry towels, there was no glass in the room for drinking house water, the building seemed to need some maintenance, and there was no bedtime reading light.

“Encontro de família.”

It’s a wonderful place. The thermal water is excellent. We had a family reunion there. The hotel is old, but it needs some upkeep. The bathrooms are very old, with steps in the tub to climb up and down, which are dangerous.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was great, but the water in the pools was cold.
