The location was the best possible; for example, out of the two remote controls (TV and set‑top box) only one has a battery, making it awkward to switch; or there is a minimal kitchen set (one ladle, two spoons, one teaspoon, etc.), but no sponge or rag to wash dishes after use.

Great location, clean and comfortable bed, good soundproofing with no disturbance from restaurants below; the duvet didn’t cover the full width of the bed, so two singles or a larger duvet would be useful.

The room was huge, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the location was extremely central.

The spot is perfect, right in the heart of Yerevan, close to my favorite tasty cafés and restaurants, about a 20‑minute walk to Cascade. The room was clean, had a cozy new renovation, and very high ceilings.

I booked a two‑night stay, but on the evening of the first day the water was cut off, and there was no water for the next two days. The issue was city‑wide, so the hotel isn’t to blame, but they didn’t even try to arrange bottled water for the toilet, showing a blatant disregard for guests. We had to buy water ourselves, bring it into the room, and that cost us $130 per day.
