We booked a king room next to a suite that had a family with noisy children, and there was no sign that the room had a door connecting to theirs or to the other guests’ suite. The noise made us very uncomfortable and disappointed. The rate was 180.00 a night, and I wouldn’t have chosen this room had I known. A clear disclaimer should be added or families should be kept separate. The elevators also didn’t ride smoothly. I don’t recommend this motel and would not stay here again.

The bathroom and sheets were clean, but the bed was too soft and caused a sore back. There was no kettle or coffee maker in the room, and the pillow was so worn it had a flat spot, so I had to get a new one from the front desk. The walls are thin and you can easily hear neighbors. The website advertised breakfast as coffee/tea with muffins, yet only poor‑quality coffee was available.

Overall, the stay was amazing and I highly recommend it if you’re planning a quick getaway. The only downside was cleanliness: a bit more cleaning is needed inside the room and the washroom, as I noticed some stains on the carpet and a dusty shower area.
