Best Western Plus Chicagoland - Countryside

“Doors sometimes work, sometimes too well (stuck closed), no water in the shower.”

It was clean, staff was helpful. The door didn’t work twice. The bathroom door got locked and stuck once. No water at all in the shower.

Good hotel. All is good

“It was not what we expected. We were traveling for a funeral. The room smells an odd odor -”

The staff were as friendly and helpful as they could be, but the bathroom lighting was poor, the toilet was too low, citrus scents were overwhelming, and the toilet chain kept falling off, making flushing difficult.

“Not good”

The location was good, but the property looked very rundown.

“If this is the best western id hate to see the worst western.”

The cleanliness was decent, yet there was no room service and I had to request basic items like towels and soap every day.
