The food was excellent, the room was very spacious and the facilities were good. All food and drinks were included. The shuttle schedule was limited and only served the domestic airport, which was very inconvenient for passengers heading to New Chitose International Airport.

The design was incredible, the room enormous with everything you could need, and the view was stunning. The onsen was lovely, the staff were all fantastic, and the food was fabulous. Nothing negative.

The hotel captured a sense of place; it sits in a small, local Hokkaido tourist village yet feels worlds apart from expectations—a place of simple elegance, quiet confidence, and top‑level sophistication. I stayed for one night on a trip that began in Hokkaido and could have stayed longer; I will return. The only thing I’d add is a stronger push to encourage guests to try the charming local activities that were available but not offered to me during my brief stay. The hotel does a great job informing guests about free drinks and food, which is nice, but more focus on experiences rather than alcohol would create lasting memories.

The service was excellent, the room was huge, and the view was breathtaking. The only downside is that the price is definitely on the higher end.
