“No geral, hospedagem maravilhosa!”

The reception staff were helpful, the place stayed organized and clean, and the sea view was lovely. The hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was perfect. The room was tidy, the bathroom was hygienic and fragrant. The shampoo and liquid soap were good quality and came in large bottles. The breakfast entrance already had a charging approach, which didn’t bother me too much, but I noticed other guests wanting to go straight to breakfast had to follow the protocol of informing not only the room but also the name, and sometimes had to wait in a line of two or three people. This is a detail that can be easily fixed. The larger pool was under renovation, but that didn’t bother me.

“Pessima”

I’ve stayed at the resort a few times, but this time the level of problems was indescribable; the hotel was under construction during my stay, no one warned me, the access to the apartment was poor, and a lot of water was dripping and leaking at the entrance! I still haven’t received the refund that was agreed upon.

I loved the service, the hotel staff were amazing, and I would definitely return just for the hospitality of the team… the place is well organized, very clean, the breakfast is tasty and healthy… it’s right on the first line of the sea and perfect for a family trip. God bless, kisses!

“Boa estadia, hotel bonito e bem confortável”

The accommodation had several amenities, such as a lounge, spa, convenience store, and umbrella, the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. There was no outlet near the bed and the TV was not smart, so I couldn’t connect any streaming or watch YouTube.
