The location was pretty good and the café was a 10, with very good cleaning. However, being on the second floor means you have to climb stairs with luggage, which is not comfortable at all. The pillows are terrible and the blankets are awful; they need to replace many things.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything you needed, but my window faced a common interior patio so I didn't feel much privacy.
