Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The couch and chair were dirty and stained; the room smelled so bad we had to spray our own perfume. The shower had mold and stains, the fridge was broken and emitted a foul odor.

The hotel was new, clean, and easy to reach. The receptionist wasn’t as welcoming as I’d experienced at other Holiday Inn Express locations; I wasn’t sure at first she worked there. A smile and a more professional demeanor would have helped.
