1st the proximity to the Gare Austerlitz, The staff couldn't have been more helpful, comfortable bed & room overall, no complaints, would recommend. The local city tax applied after booking

The room was small but clean. Provided very good value. Hotel next to Austerlitz station. As with other areas near Paris train stations be careful at night
