“Very bad”
Got a bad experience at this hotel. We had a confirmed suite booking but the staff took ages to check us in and first tried to stick us in a basic room on the first floor. Only when I pushed for it did we get moved to a better room on the second floor, but it still wasn't ready since we rocked up late and they had to do a quick tidy. Things went downhill from there - they tried to charge us extra for a second bed that wasn't even there, and the room didn't have a bathtub like it said online.
