The location and kitchen equipment are good. However, there’s no shower enclosure—water splashes onto the floor beside the toilet, which is quite inconvenient. The mattress was extremely firm for me, but that’s a personal preference. On the last night, the fire alarm batteries seemed to be dying, so the red light flashed all night, which I understand the owner can’t control.

Overall, a nice and functional place that offers good value. I think charging extra for a dog feels a bit old‑fashioned, especially in Czechia. The bed was a bit hard and the bedding—pillow and covers—felt cheap, so it would get cold in winter.

I can only recommend it. The accommodation’s location is great for both hiking and driving around Pálevá and the wider area. The window views are stunning, and the place itself is excellent—nothing to criticize. I’ll definitely return if my plans bring me back. 😊

I couldn’t tune the TV to ČT 1, and even after the owner’s reminder it didn’t work. No one responded—bad!
