The lobby has coffee facilities and the room concept was good but poorly executed; the theatre looked amazing. However, dirty windows that wouldn't close, dark scary halls that were very noisy, arguments from next door, poorly maintained furniture and fittings everywhere, and a cranky lift made the stay unpleasant.

The hotel has a unique and interesting character, a convenient location near restaurants and shops, and the staff were responsive to our requests, but it was loud—every time someone slammed a door in our hall it produced a loud bang that echoed throughout the hallway.

Very well located, comfortable room, nice bathroom amenities, charming hotel with nice decor, but the lobby hours were limited.

Great free coffee in the lobby, a wonderful place to hang out and relax, helpful staff, and a perfect location, but the room was dark and the mattress was soft.
