The hotel's reception staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel's cleanliness was also a major plus, with spotless rooms and common areas.
The room itself was good, although the chair was a bit worn and scuffed.

“Chris on reception who helped us out when my husband because I’ll instantly recognised us always greets you with the sam”
I always ask for a marina view, which looks lovely at night, very quiet and peaceful, and I always get a good, nice sleep; nothing bad to say at all.
The place is clean and well‑situated, but the bathroom lacks glass, so I had to use a mug instead.
“Will definitely return, excellent value for money, thank you.”
The location and value were spot on, the rooms were clean, the reception team were super helpful, and our room even offered a view of the harbour—what a nice short break.

The spot is fantastic—right in the middle of everything.
