The location of this property is excellent—everything is within walking distance. We had a one‑bedroom with a terrace, and the room was spacious enough for us. The host was great! He and his team helped us with information at every step and gave tips on what to visit and where to eat ❤️ If we come back to Chania, we would definitely choose Sotiris’s location again 🙏

The location, light, and windows were great. Service and follow‑up were very good. Nothing else.

Lovely helpful staff 👏 clean and comfortable. Bathroom great and terrace with a hot tub for lazy days. Location fantastic - although central to the Old Town the nights were quiet and undisturbed. Messages from manager, Sotiris, regularly to inform us of things going on in the area. We found the kitchenette a bit small as we wanted to prepare breakfast/lunch some days and there is limited worktop space. Maybe shelving in that alcove area to store extra bits would help ? Also limited hanging space if you are going for more than a few days. We had to leave most things in our suitcases. Not the end of the world issues, just our thoughts, and we still enjoyed our stay immensely

We received daily updates of events and places to eat. Since you were located in the city centre, it was fairly noisy until late in the evening; earplugs help.

The spot was perfect, the extras were thoughtful, and we even got a few kittens on the balcony.
