The staff were friendly and the price was great. The “apartments” were actually just rooms, and the bathrooms outside the rooms didn’t lock properly. The location was miles from the city centre, making taxi rides expensive. There was also no air conditioning, which was surprising given the heat.

I slept well on a clean, comfy bed and the staff were friendly. The place is a long walk from Maspalomas and the jumbo center, and there’s no TV in the rooms. Power outlets are scarce, and the front door lock failed right before my flight; no one warned me, so a tourist had to open it for me. The reception never called me back after asking for my number, and there’s no 24‑hour desk, which made getting the front door open the first night a hassle. Walking to the sights takes a while, and I couldn’t find a phone number to contact anyone. They didn’t give me the Wi‑Fi password or explain the checkout process.
