The staff were always friendly and helpful, even letting us check‑in a bit earlier than scheduled at our request. The place is very well situated, unbeatable in that regard. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is good, and everything is very clean. On the downside, all four white plastic kitchen chairs were broken to varying degrees; luckily there were wooden folding chairs available. The door stops in one room and in the bathroom are loose on one side. One room had no extra blankets, so we had to use a blanket (or similar fabric) from another room. The room descriptions in the listing were somewhat misleading: when I was researching to book, there were two options – “Habitación Doble Estándar” and “Habitación Doble, con baño compartido.” Those titles suggested the Standard had a private bathroom, but later the “Services” section clarified it was a shared bathroom. I admit I didn’t read that, but the title is misleading. The curtains were not blackout; the blue curtains didn’t cover the entire window, and in one room one curtain had a fallen tip.
