They added extra fees that weren't listed, and when I tried to bring my pet I was told I had to pay 50 000 pesos per day, which felt excessive and wasn't mentioned in the app even though I had checked the pet option; the lady’s attitude was bad, so I chose to cancel to avoid more trouble, but the cancellation cost me 110 000 pesos. I arrived early and the hotel was empty, yet the staff still gave me those charges. The service I received was poor, and the hidden fees were not disclosed before arrival.

The only real plus was the great location; everything else was just average. We booked a double‑bed room for two people, arrived to find the receptionist saying that room was occupied, and she gave us a room with two semi‑double beds instead. She didn’t even ask if we could use both beds; the first thing she said was that the extra bed would cost 110,000, which is double what we paid.

The place is well‑located, clean, and comfortable, but breakfast isn’t included and the separate charge for it is very high for the small amount offered.
