I was initially pleased with the hotel's location and the price I paid, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The bed sheets were in a poor condition, being both torn and dirty, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, and the TV in my room wasn't functioning. To make matters worse, the lift wasn't working during my stay, which made it difficult to navigate the hotel.

My initial excitement about booking a room quickly turned into frustration when I was denied accommodation. I had to resort to making a new booking offline, which was a hassle. Unfortunately, the experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I was left feeling disappointed and inconvenienced.
