I liked the cleanliness a lot and the room is really good. The location and the noise were the downsides.

I liked the fairly large, clean room with adjustable air conditioning; the nearby garden at the hotel where you can smoke; the lively neighbourhood (maybe not ideal for families) but close to the beach (500 m), shops, and not far from the night market (take a shortcut); constant security at night with someone guarding the entrance; the staff were friendly and helpful; you can use the hotel fridge to store bottles and small groceries (fruit, meals). Good value for money: last week of August 2026, 400 baht/night. The left wing entrance has a very steep staircase to the corridor, so you need to be careful (quite dramatic going down because there’s no handrail behind the steps), but it isn’t a problem for your luggage (the staff will bring it straight to your room – don’t hesitate to ask and remember the tips).

Everything was fine. The staff were very nice, the place was clean. Just remember you’re right in the middle of the festive district.

“wer gerne mitten drin und günstig wohnt ist hier richtig”

It’s right in the middle of the party, so it was loud until late (a Saturday with live music in the bar next door), there was a covered parking for motorcycles, and the breakfast included was simple but sufficient. The buildings are old and plain, the stairs up to the rooms are very dangerous when wet, and the small outdoor balcony isn’t suitable for sitting: the chairs and table were dirty, the toilet had no separate shower.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the night‑stand lamp had no bulb, and during a night of rain water seeped through the ceiling into the room, so the room clearly needs a renovation.
