I had a family emergency and booked my room while on the move; when I got there the office was closed, but the staff still checked me in so I could rest. I was away during business hours, so I never received fresh towels.

I was surprised to find no breakfast offered and couldn’t even check in despite having reservations. The staff mentioned that I’d given them a 1‑star rating, and I only stayed because of work. I’m unclear about any other activities happening there. I tried to correct a statement they made, but they wouldn’t. Cameras are present in various spots, and I suspect CIA‑style programs might be intruding on privacy. I asked for honesty, yet the staff behaved like puppets doing the strangest things.

“Not impressed.”

The location is decent with plenty to do within walking distance and the staff were nice. However, the water was shut off for several hours one day, and the electricity went out for about 20 minutes randomly. Both elevators were out for an entire day. I received less than 24‑hour notice that pest control would be in, and I was told I needed to vacate the room for 6 hours. Unless you get a “premium room,” be prepared for battered, worn, and stained furnishings throughout your room.

“Won’t come back”

The location is good for us and the price was very affordable. Rooms are very noisy, outdated, and the kitchen lacks utensils—no plates or pans. Nothing.
