Great, and welcoming staff—they are, by far, the best part of the property. However, a number of things were disappointing: one elevator doesn't go down to the lobby; you have to go to the 1st floor and then walk down. You can't order food for delivery. The bum-gun didn't work. The shower head wouldn't stay on. The room was dingy and in desperate need of an upgrade and a paint job; it was clean but run-down, which is not the fault of the staff. They are charging at a price point that is simply not competitive or justified, so I was disappointed by the property, though I appreciated the staff.
