The spot is right in the center, but it’s dark, the rooms are dim, almost like a pay‑per‑hour place for couples, the staff are flustered and can’t give clear advice, and the price on the website and in reality differ a lot.

The place sits in a prime spot with the best prices, right in front of bus number 1 to Muine where you can grab Banh My Saigon, and it’s close enough to walk to Lotte and street food stalls, plus a bunch of 24‑hour coffee shops; the rooms are truly sound‑proof, offer real privacy, and you won’t find kids or families around the reception like you do at other spots in Phan Thiet or Muine. The only downside is that everything feels a bit too good for the price I paid.

The room was spacious and airy.

The hotel is rundown, no TV, water leaks, poor soundproofing, noisy rooms, and the air conditioner doesn’t cool.
