“Pleasantly surprised by the hotel! Loved my stay.”

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I had to book a place last minute and chose BoStay. The room was super cozy, the bed was comfortable, I slept amazingly, it was clean, there were great dining options nearby, the staff were nice, and the coffee was good too. I would definitely book it again for my next trip to Istanbul. The only downside was that on the higher floor the internet was sometimes spotty, but not all the time.

The location is great and close to Taksim and the metro.

“يستحق الزيارة ولاكن يرجى الاهتمام فيه موضوع التنظيف وخدمة الشنط”

The hotel and room design look nice, but the first day was honestly not clean—dust and cobwebs everywhere. I told the cleaners, and they said they would clean, but after contacting Booking, they cleaned properly. The luggage service was missing; I called reception, and an Egyptian staff member replied that no one can carry luggage, but you can use the elevator to do it yourself.

From the start, every request we had was fulfilled instantly, effortlessly, and with incredible warmth. It was clear the whole team cared deeply about making this special day unforgettable. Every little detail was handled with great attention and love. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our occasion so beautiful. A clear recommendation – five stars are still not enough! ❤️✨
