“We need refund our money for staying there.”
We had to cancel our appointment, and there’s no parking. I’m frustrated because there’s no way to cancel. The front desk guy couldn’t speak Tamil or English, making communication tough.
“Neat and clean room, nearest railway station , nice breakfast and accessible to city center.”
The room was neat and clean, the nearest railway station was handy, breakfast was good, and the hotel was close to the city center and to wholesale and retail shopping areas. Parking is on the backside, not owned by the hotel, but night security is present so it feels safe.
The bed sheets were reused, which was disappointing.
