The breakfast was quite pricey, yet there were a few dirty spots on the curtain and the bed’s headboard.

The hotel met all our needs perfectly; the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hosts were exceptionally kind and responsive—service matters to us! The location is excellent, especially since everything in Melnik is within arm’s reach. There’s both surface and underground parking, which I consider a big convenience. If we ever return to the city, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The style of the hotel is great, and there are no issues.

The host was really kind and helpful, explaining everything about Melnik and giving us useful tips; it’s good value for money, in a great location, and very clean. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the shower lacked a barrier.
