Good value for the price, but we arrived around 4 pm and the desk person was flustered, cursing as he walked away. It was very unprofessional and he didn’t explain what the hotel had to offer.

Bugs were in my room, it smelled like drug smoke, and there was no ice machine.

The location was convenient, but the hardwood floors and the noise from the upper floor were annoying.

When booking, the site said breakfast was included, but it turned out to be just grab‑and‑go items; we had to stop at a restaurant before heading to the zoo.
