The spot was fine, easy to get to the center and outside, but the facilities were neglected and the place wasn't clean.

The reservation was cancelled about 3 hours before arrival and only 5 minutes after booking – the system showed vacancies, yet in reality it was overbooked.

The elevator was great, especially since I have a back problem, but a broken window meant we couldn't open it well when it got warm.

The bed, shower facilities, Wi‑Fi and laundry were all good, yet the carpet in the shower area gave off a strong odor.

The location was central and convenient, and the cleaning was good, but the building is too old and needs an upgrade.
