Excellent location. The room space is very small.

The rooms were smaller than shown in the photos. The AC didn’t work well and was super loud, especially since it was 40 C heat when I traveled there. Communication with the host was poor: he changed the entry code without telling me or my sister, and we were locked out for a while. We also had to keep asking for toilet paper, new towels, and garbage disposal because the cleaning staff never came daily. Note: this isn’t a “boutique” hotel, so the service and quality are below standard. It’s also right next to the biggest bars and clubs in Sayulita, so it was very hard to sleep during our stay in town.

The location was perfect. The pool area was really pretty. Really cheap. It was loud at night, right near bars. We had to keep asking for clean towels and toilet paper. Then they changed the front door code without telling us, so we were effectively locked out in the rain since there is no front‑door staff. Cockroaches. The rooms were smaller than shown in the photos.

“Increíble lugar, problemas con bichos”

I loved the location, the pool, the easy access, and the accommodation seemed amazing. We had two cockroaches: one was in the bathroom and the other fell on my husband’s face from the air‑conditioner at night. We didn’t sleep at all that night because we were afraid another would fall, so that was very unpleasant. Everything else was fine.

The location was convenient and it was easy to get to the pool at night. When we arrived, the room was unfinished.
