The host family was lovely and the homestay felt welcoming; they let us skip the safari if we wanted, which was nice. We did go on a safari with them, it was reasonably priced and an impressive adventure. The only downside was the lack of hot water and a slightly tired Wi‑Fi connection.

A charming little family guesthouse! We stayed two nights in this peaceful paradise. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. It was quiet even though the main road was close by. Right next to the national park, so it was perfect for heading out on a safari (you can arrange it directly through the guesthouse). The family was truly wonderful and generous. We highly recommend them and hope to return one day to stay longer. A huge thank you for opening your home. Lola, Rebecca, Gladys, and Baptiste.

Amazing stay! The bathroom and room were spotless, and the host with his cute kids was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the evening curry was a treat. It felt like being part of a Sri Lankan family, and he could also set up safari tours. Everything was great.
