Only the price and location were good, and the complimentary coffee was a plus, but the room was terrible—should be condemned. There were holes in the wall, the bathroom sink pipes leaked and puddled on the floor, the floor was warped preventing the bathroom door from closing, the toilet paper holder was broken, the outside deck by the office felt like it might fall through when I walked on it, staff were not friendly, the grounds were not well kept, and the room wall was wet and dirty as well as the door.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The staff was extremely accommodating; we arrived after the check‑in window and later left a cell phone behind, yet both hiccups were handled quickly and happily. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was spectacular.
