The proximity to the train station was good. The room and bathroom were old and the promised airport shuttle didn’t exist—just a phone number for a supposed driver who couldn’t be reached. The nightly rate was debited twice, once on 14 September and again on 18 September, and there was no response to my complaint.

The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable for what you get; if you’re only staying one night it’s a good place. The payment details were unclear; it should say the charge will be taken in the name of Alessandro Neri.

No noise, the room was clean. The bathroom needs work; the shower head was clogged.

The mattress was comfortable. The whole place was shabby. The water ran out. There were no mugs for coffee or tea. Everything felt like it was from the ’80s or earlier, noisy, uncomfortable, etc. The area had few amenities despite being near the center. A disaster of a place.

I was glad to have a room just for myself instead of sharing with strangers. The place sits on side streets, a 10‑minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes on foot from Olbia’s historic centre. A supermarket is only 3 minutes away. The owner is very friendly! The shared bathroom has a shower curtain that’s no longer very pretty. Even though it’s close to many services in Olbia, I was nervous walking around alone at night because the apartment isn’t in the tourist centre. There are no cutlery, no dishes, and nowhere to wash them. The apartment also needs some minor fixes, like unclogging the shower drain and re‑attaching the blinds tape that’s come loose from the wall.
