The hotel features elegantly furnished air-conditioned rooms with garden views, LCD TVs, and tea/coffee facilities. The Kowloon-Canton Railway Hung Hom Terminus is adjacent, and airport transfers are available.

The staff were very pleasant, courteous, and helpful with a great welcome, but the room and equipment were aging, there was a tobacco smell, and the value for money was unsatisfactory.

The location was good, but the facilities were old; the bathtub was yellowed and peeling, and once the sink produced yellow water.

The only bright spot was the location, yet that doesn’t make up for the lack of comfort. The hotel feels very dated; the supposedly renovated rooms aren’t decorated, everything is white and bleak, and the furniture (bed, table, chair) looks like cheap first‑price items that aren’t even new… I can’t even imagine what the non‑renovated rooms look like. The towels are a fine micro‑fibre that feels unpleasant. The floor is covered with a stained, worn laminate. There aren’t enough outlets. The comfort is Spartan. Everything feels low‑cost, which is depressing. I’m very disappointed given the high price I paid. Stay away.
