A huge thanks to the whole Aloft crew for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism; as a first‑time visitor from South Africa, my Dubai stay was unforgettable, with staff who were respectful, kind, polite, and warmly welcoming, going above and beyond for comfort. Their focus on safety—verifying the transport vehicle and driver before I even stepped in—gave me peace of mind and showed how much they care. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautiful, boasting a stunning sea view that added to the experience. Special kudos to Laraib, Aung, Shon, and sweet Katz for their exceptional people skills and genuine passion for making guests feel valued; they truly excel. Thank you, Aloft, for making my first Dubai visit so memorable. I highly recommend Aloft to anyone seeking top‑tier service, warm hospitality, and a memorable stay. The only downside was that after 11 pm there were no restaurants or cafés on that street or at Aloft, which was disappointing given Dubai’s nightlife vibe.
