“Nah bei Rom und doch wie auf dem Lande”
We were greeted very warmly and everything was well prepared, but the breakfast included in the room rate was only packaged items left in the room.
The staff were wonderful ❤️
The accommodation was fantastic. Close to Rome yet surrounded by nature with a pool available. The setting was absolutely ideal. The host who hosted us was very kind. We would recommend the lodging to anyone who enjoys a rural environment with animals (horses, goats, lizards). Parking is possible right on the premises.

We really enjoyed our stay! The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming, gave us food items and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was amazing—refreshing and clean. The property was nice, we liked seeing the horses, and the dogs were sweet. The only downside was that the AC unit was freezing in the bedroom, so we couldn’t get much coolness in the living room where the family slept on the sofa bed; there was a fan that did a little cooling.
The place was very nice, tucked away in a valley with no other buildings, giving the feeling of being in full countryside. The kitchen felt a bit dated, especially the gas stoves which didn't seem very safe; I'd recommend replacing them.
