“Muy ruidoso”

The location was great, but the noise was a problem: on the second night a guest started singing at 3 am and nobody silenced them, and the next day a group of students came and didn't control the noise either. For two consecutive nights people kept knocking on my door at night.

The location was good, yet the room was in bad shape: it was very small, dirty, and someone tried to open my door because apparently they had given the same room to another guest.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center next to the market, and the bed is comfortable so you sleep well. The bathrooms lack ventilation, stay damp, and the smell spreads throughout the room. I understand the hotel is old and wants to keep a rustic feel, but several things need renovation; even though it’s clean, you can still see dirt because of the same issue. The room is somewhat small.

Nothing positive. The room didn’t have a street view. On the day we stayed there was so much outside noise we couldn’t rest; I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but they should install thicker glass to reduce the noise. Also the bed was very uncomfortable, a mattress older than the one I have at home. We showered at night and never got hot water in the morning; I sent a message to reception about the hot water and they said there was hot water but I never got any, only cold and icy temperatures. It’s very central and well‑located but it leaves a lot to be desired for the price.
