The staff were somewhat friendly. The bathroom had a foul smell, the room was cramped, the toilet was broken, and the AC was off.

The customer service experience was bad. The service was very rude.

The receptionist was friendly and let me pick an empty room on the spot, and ordering Shopee food nearby was quick. The AC was pretty cold, CCTV covered everything, and the staff communication was excellent. However, the cleanliness was very poor, the entrance smelled bad, the hot water had an odor, the closet was broken, the sink’s water sanitation was awful, and the room was cramped.
