The place is close to the market and, overall, to the center of Stone Town. The room quality needs renovation and maintenance.

The location is convenient and the staff are fairly helpful; breakfast is simple but tasty. Even though the sign says 3 stars, by Western standards it’s barely a 1‑star hotel.
