The hotel was good as expected. Craig at reception really helped with my refund that had become complicated online, even when a really angry customer was unnecessarily rude to him. Quite expensive really.
“Uncomfortable stay nice town”
The location was fine, but the road works were annoying. The bed felt too small.
“Friendly staff”
Good location. Price has obviously been put up for student moving in weekend!
Very clean. Could of done with later checkout and breakfast
“A convenient stay”
Ease of access as husband has disability
