The host was friendly and let us check in early, which is a big plus for anyone who’s been to Japan before. The house was lovely, stocked with plenty of snacks, and when I left a watch behind the owner quickly arranged a transfer to another hotel.

This guesthouse was a delight! Check‑in was smooth, the house featured traditional décor, and the kitchen was very thoughtful with plenty of tasty snacks. Having bikes was great for exploring nearby shrines, and the host was very friendly and kind.
