Our room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast covered everything we needed; there was no on‑site restaurant, but the hotel was close to the town centre where we had a great meal, so we’d stay at Deer Park again if we’re in the area.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the highlight was feeding the deer 🦌.

The price was good and the location was convenient.

I could park my car right outside the room, which was convenient, but the room lacked a toaster, the cutlery was dirty, the lights didn’t fully turn off at night, and the breakfast had to be taken in the dining room, which was annoying.

The location was exactly where we needed it, yet the building felt very old and rundown, the carpet in the room was worn down to the cement, and the décor seemed unchanged since the 70s.
