Nice location in the old town centre with everything from grocery stores to cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby. Despite the shared bathroom and toilet, I didn’t feel any discomfort. There were never queues to shower or use the toilet, so I always had freedom. The room was small, but that was advertised when booking. I chose the cheapest room for that period in Ibiza. Having a sink in the room was a nice bonus. Two comfortable single beds. The window faced the building’s courtyard, which was convenient because I couldn’t hear noise from cafés and restaurants. Even though the room was small, we managed to fit all our stuff. We were lucky with our neighbours; they were silent at night because the walls were thin and there was no sound insulation. The rooms have a shared air‑conditioning system, which is good, and there’s also a remote control. However, when you force the AC off, the system keeps running, so it doesn’t cool properly; it probably just fans. The noise from this system kept me from sleeping well. I might be sensitive to background noise, but my wife slept fine. That’s just personal; maybe someone else likes that noise.
