Wandering Buffalo

The downtown area is only a 20 minute walk, and we were able to access restaurants and shopping in Bozeman without driving our car. It's probably good to know that although the price was reasonable, we were hit with an extra $20 per night parking fee, even though the facility has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces

“Bare bones! Won’t stay here again, but the staff was sweet and loved the bikes and beds.”

I loved the bicycles and how close the hotel was to town. However, there was no fridge or microwave, no suitcase stand, and pulling out my clothes from the floor was difficult. There was no free coffee in the lobby; I had to buy the pastries.

The décor, the location, and free bike access to explore the town were all great. The only downside was the lack of complimentary breakfast.

“Housekeeping”

The hotel sits just a quick drive from the freeway and downtown, which is convenient. The building itself is decent, but it’s right on a busy street. When I unpacked, the sheets were still dirty from the previous guest, covered in dog fur and hair—completely unacceptable. Also, parking isn’t free; you have to pay for it.

The bed was excellent and the room stayed very clean. The staff were very friendly. I had to ask for clean towels every day; we stayed for 8 days and had to request towel changes and garbage emptying. Those should be automatic at least every 2 days. There was no telephone in the room, and the outlets for electronics were poorly placed.
